Field Service

Our UNI-DATA Field Service will go to our customers’ locations whenever it’s about repairs or maintenance of technical devices. Via our hotlines, we are able to take calls by end customers directly in the name of our own customers, and our central dispatch office will deploy our fleet of technicians efficiently.

Our IT service technicians are stationed across Germany so as to cover the entire area and to keep driving distances short. Our technicians drive small trucks or vans and carry spare parts, old and new devices and other required materials (cables, plugs …) with them.

Our technicians are equipped with PDAs or tablets. This allows them to plan their trips and assignments dynamically as needed. They are also capable of giving real-time feedback about the status of their assignment. We thus create maximum transparency about our processes.

Starting with the preinstallation, either in a central location or on-site, via transporting the devices to the place of deployment and adjusting them, all the way to repairing or exchanging old against new devices, data saving and spare part supplies, we perform all required services. If needed, we can also provide or run complete technological in-house structures for large end client locations.
