UNI-DATA offers its customers not only sophisticated technical on-site support but also excellent availability. Because in order to be able to repair a defect in the best possible manner, taking calls is an important building block. We take incoming calls, classify them and record them. Part of the defects and issues can already be solved over the telephone by our well-trained 1st and 2nd level support staff, so that no technician needs to be dispatched.
