Copiers and Multi-Functional Devices

In our technology center, copiers and multi-functional devices are unpacked, preinstalled and loaded onto a transport pallet specifically developed by our logistics partner. Then the copier or the multi-functional device is transported to its final place of deployment at customer premises, installation is finalized, and the machine is integrated into the network. Upon request, our technicians will then conduct a user training session, they dispose of the packaging, and even old devices can be exchanged and removed step-by-step.

Moreover, we offer repair and maintenance services: in case of a technical defect, we will take the customer call and a technician will perform repair or maintenance on-site. Required spare parts are stocked by UNI-DATA as agreed upon with the customer.
